M5's in UK
I see from the poll that 156 members have provided info on which car they own.
Is there any way of telling which country they are from.
The reason i ask is that i haven't seen another E34 M5 around and just wonder where they all are.

That is the joy of owning the car. Yes in the space of two + years ownership of my M5 I have seen two others on the road, one a wreck while the other was debadged but well cared for.
As for country id I'm not sure... one for dewitt me thinks!
regards

Mine lives in Poole, Dorset and is a debadged, dechromed anthracite 1994 E34 3.8. I've seen a silver E28 and a friend has a silver E39 (2001) and that is all I recall seeing in the last few months. Maybe in summer.

I've just posted a similar thread on another site today.
Before I bought my car I hadn't seen one in the flesh, within two weeks of picking it up I had seen 3(1grey and 2blue all early E34s) within 5 miles of my home. At that time I thought god these things are as common as muck. It's now been 6 months and my faith has been restored in the cars, I see the greyun daily(a bit of a skip) but apart from that i've not seen anymore

The sticker under the bonnet says my cars is "Brilliant Rot", which using my astonishing translation ability means "Brilliant Red" in English.
I`m not sure what Mugello Red is, anyone have a pic.
Presumably it would be easy to mix them up, I haven`t seen Steves "Paint Code 775 - Matt Battleship Grey" M5 as he brought a friends car down to Bournemouth when I met him. LOL.
Ivan.

London
Im in Chingford, East London. I've seen a green 91 M5 parked nearby in Buckhurst Hill, a grey one in Ilford (off Green Lane), a White one on the A406/A12, a black one on the A12 and a fake silver one in South Woodford.
... and I never got to speak to any of the drivers
