Met one M5 owner in Iceland, Ghost!

Here is the Perl, a restaurant over a water reservoir. Very nice view over Reyjkjavik.

The only day with nice weather

And Ghosts nice M5, we visited bandit but he wasn't home A pair of tyres to the M5 hoes for over 1000 USD

Quite easy to outrun the Police

Worlds oldest parlament if I remember correctly?

Did you say Jeep? This "taxi" picked us up outside the hotelI couldnät beleive my eyes! 20 000 USD in modification and 80 km/h top speed, but then you can go over a glacier afterwards! I talked to the driver who said he tried Hummers bt they was crap in the terrain compared to this!

Offroading!

This truck is HUGE! And the weather was bad but what an experience! Unbeleivable!

Alot of THANKS to Gunnar aka Ghost who made our Iceland trip a really nice car excpeience too. Gunnar, when wil you convert the M5 to M5 XG = M5 Cross Glacier

THanks again for a very nice visit and you're welcome to your "neighbour" Sweden anytine. And I'll promise you better weather but smaller jeeps

Thanks again

I hope you had a lot of fun, just a pity I missed out on you! I had hoped to get to meet you as well.

I understand you held a lecture at MORGUNBLAÐIÐ og mbl.is, my sister works there... small country you see

I just hope you will be here some time again so I could meet with you guys.

How did you know that, yes Iceland is small hehe

Yes,a 1,5 h lecture did she think it was OK? Hmm, I could have done it better Next time

I checked out your car bandit, nice Pity I missed you

The mountain jeep was VERY intersting! Too bad it was too windy to go on the glacier, he car could tip around if w wentthere. So it have to be another time.

This looks fun:

Those are Excellent pictures! Nice one the last one, but no M5 territory

Yeah, they were happy with the lecture!

BTW, I try to go one glacier trip every winter, its always exciting, lot of stuff happens car stuck in cravasses, stuck in rivers, rolling over... loosing the tyres of the rims and blasting them on again with starting fluid (looks very cool).....

Ideal would be to have the M5 and an old Jeep to go to the glaciers in....

However, I prefer the M5 even if I have to walk when the weather is nasty.

Wow! Nice pics Gustav. Iceland looks very beautiful. But I must say that the van/suv thingy is just CRAZY! I see alot of SUV's in Hawaii but nothing like those vans LOL.

Great pictures. I'm happy you had fun, too bad about the weather, at least you got one good day

I hope to go on trip around Europe in the future in the M5 and you can be sure I'll look you up.

A big jeep can come in handy sometimes

Now that guy is stuck

I don't know about the Tynwald but the Icelandic Parliament was established in 930 AD and has since been in similar shape.

However legislative power was "lost" during the rule of Norway and later Denmark.

Greetings,
Bandit
