I would suggest that the lack of any kind of bell-mouth to the bottom of the filter is a design / performance flaw. Also heat ingress would be problamatic.

It will certainly increase induction note however!

I'm in as well .

Is the MAF tube same size as tube into oem airbox ?

I just need the carbon housing and filter element, I can make the rest of the piping myself. Thanks for sharing .

That was my car at the ring, together with the supersprint system it made a wonderful sound. My friend who video'd this clip, stated that no one was looking at the track untill they heard the car coming over the brow of the track.

It was fine for general driving but as soon as you pressed the loud pedal then this lovely sound came out, this along with a EVOS chip and exhaust did wonders for my relationship with the petrol station.

That indeed is a lovely sound....thanks for letting us know that was you. Uber cool.

I see you did the same mod to the hard plastic line coming off the upper rad hose as I did. . Scary how brittle those can get.

Sal was kind enough to fit this along with the Chip at the same time. He said it was a PITA due to the fact mine not having any damage from previous owners and so the PAS Res wouldn't move, but was able to install in situ.
