Good to see a few old faces/cars and meet a few new ones. Sorry I couldn't stay for lunch.

Had a good drive home, great to blow the winter cobwebs out and listen to engine sing.

Great to meet some new people, and get to know others better. Thanks to David for organising and for all of you guys for coming, everyone is busy and some of you travelled a long way.

Here's a story of the day.

1. Wheel cleaning in the morning sun with a coffee, the whole day ahead of me.

The sofa cushion is my most important piece of cleaning equipment - seriously - it makes cleaning low down areas a breeze.

Got held up in Bristol and then think I drove through some tidal waves on the M4 on the way home.

Sorry I couldn't make it. I'll try and keep an eye out for another meet.

All done, and ready for a nice 45 minute blast to HH. At the last minute Dan Kelly popped up behind me, and even in my rear view mirror I could tell how immaculate his car was.

Someone had a real find - the elusive duster. (Oh, and a rebuilt engine too).

I was talking a Babbar (what a nice guy) and we both agreed this was a shot worth grabbing.
