Tony,

That footrest is standard on LHD car ONLY, and does NOT fit RHD car. At best you can remove the rubber inlay & glue it onto your carpet after some cutting.

RHD cars come with carpet, LHD cars come with footrest. If you still want it you can search on Ebay.de, there is a German word but I forgot it, just search on M5 E34 interior items.

I think better I machine something up out of aluminium with a bolt in bracket.
