Ignition Barrell Starting Problem
Another problem, arose yesterday, but can't find anything on the search function.

After a 20 minute drive parked the car on the drive. I then needed to move her back to get the trickle charge on and the key would not turn in the ignition. I unlocks the steering lock, but then only turns about 5mm more. I Have tried to stick a needle in the small hole to remove the barrell, but that does not work either.

Any help on this issue would be great as she is now stuck in the middle of my driveway.

Hi Toby , if you really want to get the car started without the use of the key , send me an email to david@classicmdautos.co.uk as I'd prefer not to mention the method on open forum .
