thread I started when I finally took possession of a thoroughly trashed 525iT. The wagon had perfect roof rails so I bought the car for $300. Terry Sayther's pirates removed the engine and drivetrain and a bunch of other junk, and I took it from there. New roof rails are almost $800 delivered, so it was easy math to start with. About $1500 later I have the trailer. It still needs to be finished, and I have yet to find another $1500, so as of today it sits with a tarp over it at a friend's shop. Here is the

I'm sure there are ton's more items,....oh yeah, place for it to live while I figure out a reason to have such trailer
