I'm new to this forum and i was reading your posts about M-Parallel rims. I recently purchased 4 m-parallel rims of a e34M5. Three of them are 8J's and one 9J. I was looking if i could find another 9J rim but reading your forum i came to the conclusion that finding a second one is practically impossible. So i have decided to buy another 8J and sell my only 9J rim.
So if there are members who wants to buy that one, you can contact me. Here are the specs.: The rim is 9J of a m34 M5 identification number: 36112227933 IS 22. The rim is in very good condition. Let me know if you are interested.
Oh just one other thing, does anyone know in what colour the m-parallel rims are painted originally?
Thanks GJ Joosen
My new 9J took about 3 weeks to get to the US from Germany. Last I checked, BMW has about 42 left in the warehouse, so they are not that hard to find brand new....about $500 plus shipping.
I have an extra 8J and a 9J, but the 9J needs work as a pin hole developed after I had it refurbished. I would be happy to trade either one for one of yours straight up if you are interested.

Is that a brand new or not used 9J = 36112227933 IS 22 ??
If it is new or as new I would be interested. I have a spare set of wheels lacking one 9J.
Anyone else who has one 'for sale' ?

But not for $500 plus shipping. When i checked realoem.com yesterday it turned out that they cost a little bit more than that
$900 to be preciseSorry gents i'm not that stupid. M5 touring the rim recently has been refurbished and is a wonderful condition.
You can pm me if you're interested.

did you actually call a dealer to confirm that price? Realoem is not an officially sanctioned bmw site, and the prices are notoriously inacurate, from my experience. Before you claim stupidity or not, you should actually see what they really sell for. I believe tischer bmw, a US dealership, will quote actual prices on their web site if you plug in a part number. They usually have a good discount too, for US, but to pay to ship a rim from europe, to the US and back would probably cost more than the discount over finding a local dealer.
I know board member elekta recently searched and searched for a 9j wheel, and i'd believe what he's telling you.

Ordering thru a dealer in California it was $647 shipped to Cali, then additional shipping to me to texas. But I have friend on the bimmerboard who has a dealer connection in Ohio, and he ordered me one for $110 less...basically at dealer cost. The Netherlands is closer to Germany than California, so if you have any connections to a dealership, or a friend with a repair shop with access to dealer prices, I would just order one directly.
The previously mentioned Tischer BMW (getBMWparts.com) sells that rim for $515. They say their flat rate shipping for wheel sets is $50. Unfortunately they can't ship internationally any longer per BMW's request. So as you can see, the listed prices on realoem are not always accurate. Tischer lists the MSRP as $644.
