Anyone have pics of an Estoril Blue E34 M5?

If so, please post.

Isn't Estoril blue a bit darker than Avus blue?

If so I can Photoshop a photo of my M5 and make it a bit darker!

Its the brighter blue that loads of E36 M3s came in.

I guess an E34 in that colour would have been resprayed.

Cheers,
Bryn.

Estoril Blue is actually a much lighter colour than Avus, and it was available on the E36 M3 Evo (as far as I am aware) and I think it came out in late 95.

I have seen one Estoril Blue E34 M5 and that was for sale a year or so ago, now whether this had a custom paint job over the original colour or was one of the last E34 M5's made with an individual paint job - I don't know!

Regards
Patrick

Heh, sorry fellas, but Estoril Blue was a BMW E34 M5 color. They are not resprays, but BMW Individual cars.

Do you know at what point Estoril Blue was available for the E34 M5? Because didn't it come out in late 95 / early 96 - when the E34 M5 was no longer being made...

Regards

I do not think it was avail to the M5. Estoril came out very late '95 along with the M3 3,2.

The information I have is by word of mouth from reasonable sources. And one of those sources told me that BMW Individual produced some Estoril Blue M5's even though it wasn't a Stock BMW color.

We found an Azure Blue E34 M5 a few weeks ago. It is a pure BMW Individual color. Supposedly a one off. This is the problem with BMW Individual.....
