hesitation above idle 50rpm when cold

Hi guy's

Please give me advice abouth my hesitation.
When the engine cold. After the engine started the idle is smooth and fine. When I touch the gas pedal and try to rise the rpm only a bit 50-100rpm up, the engine hesitate strongly. Sometimes stopped the engine. If I give a bit more throttle than 50-100rpm everithing is fine.
This problen is only "above" idle a bit.
When the engine warm no any hasitation.

The TPS, ICV, coil's, plugs, MAF,Ful pressure regulator,AC,lambda sensor is brand new.
The engine is rebuilton last summer (overbored, new pistons, new rings...). now 12000km.
Valve clearance is setted.

Check for air leaks , particularly in the intake pipe between the MAF and plenum .
