Well I went to see them and purchased them. The whole set was in near mint condition. The tires only had a couple of hundred miles on them. The cost was $2300 US dollars. I thought it was a bit pricey, but the fact that this was such a complete set , it changed my mind. These wheels are forged and they are staggered, which is exactly what I wanted. It is also a set of 5. So I guess I did ok.

probably a decent price. I bought a pair of new, forged 9" wheels for the rear, paid a bit under $400 each from my dealer. (which is about cost plus a bit over 10%). I have never priced out 8" wheels, but all of the parts are still available new, which is why i'm always hesitant about buying used, unless there's a great deal to be had.

fwiw, i didn't buy the covers from the OP of this thread, in case someone is looking for them. The price was great, but in the end, they were in no better shape than what i have, which is decent original condition (but not perfect).
