woods.... measuring hp in the Gtech snt accurate, I agree... but 0-60, quarter mile etc is very close to reality....

I have draged it in the strip, and the time was very similar.... once O find the paper I post the scan here... but there is no 0-60 time there....

but, if you say my car make 0-60 in 7 seconds, I am happy with it anyway... I dont drive numbers... or, better... I drive a letter and a numer.... an M5

A 5.4 second 0-100km and 13.4sec 1/4mile isn't unbelievable at all on a 6 speed 3.8.

That sounds about right for a 3.8 wearing good, modern rubber.

I too can believe the times. My start was not drag strip standard by any means but once the car got rolling the strength of acceleration in 2nd and 3 rd gears was incredible. The shift from 3rd to 4th is very close to end of the 1/4. pspassos' finishing speed is only a few mph higher than the most frequently quoted figures.

I'm no expert on fuels but seem to recall the Konigsegg developing close to 10% extra power on "green" fuel so quoted figures are believable.

Only my tuppence.
