Hella Panel

Hi,

Does anyone have a picture of this panel fitted to an E34 ?

BMW E34 5 Series Genuine Hella Rear Panel **RARE** on eBay, also, BMW, Car Parts, Cars, Parts Vehicles (end time 14-Jun-09 17:46:02 BST)

My car has one installed (not red though) and I see them on regular E34's all around town. A quick search on ebay.de found this wanna-be M5 with the red filler panel. Either one looks fine, IMHO.

Hi there all

That looks like the same sort of thing Hella used to make for the Mk2 golf in the 80's, its called a Hecklebend (or maybe Heckleblend) ive never seen one for an E34 though ever, the 'smoked' ones for Golfs cost a small fortune if you can find one, i can imagine the same go's for the E34's

Looks kinda cool if a little different, id be sticking to the standard M5 black infill plate though

Hey guys....Agree with all that say that the black insert M5s have looked a lot better but today as I was just looking through old BMW brochures I found the same thing in one of the OEM accessories catalogue for E34s!!! I will get a scan in due time.

Mate, it was in every single BMW Accesory brochure form 1988 to 1996 or 1997.... I'd be happy to scan a few too but text is in dutch.....
