E34 3.8 outside temperatu sender

Hello

Does anybody know where is outside temperature sender located in 3.8 models??

I mean that what sends temperature to incar computer? Not to fuel system. Mine shows very wrong.

Hi,

Outside temperature sensor is located in the lower front bumper (spoiler)
on the opposite side to the alternator air intake.
(it is visable from the front of the car if you look closely..)

The wiring becomes brittle with age and causes crazy readings too.
