        seatbelt height adjustment

i often thought that the seatbelts appeared to be height adjustable, but couldn't find a way to do it.

when i took the cover off the pillar yesterday to check my door switch, i noticed a cable ran to the seat belt point. and i was able to move the seatbelt up and down.

once back together i cannot move the seatbelt, i cannot find a switch for it anywhere,

does this adjust and how can i adjust it.

the cable runs down the "B" post and attaches
towards the rear of the seat runner under the
        front seat.

If you look under the seat from the rear footwell
with the seat slid fowards you should see the clip
where the cable comes up and attaches.

It's all about "ergonomics!"....you slide the seat
fowards it drops the belt 'cause you're a shorty,
you move it back, it raises the belt 'cause you're
        a beanpoll..!

Clever stuff when it works !

        Regards,

        Alan.
