I'd say it's an import from Japan, that's where a lot of these types of things in NZ come from.

Something not right about it though, the cluster is standard 6, not ///M. I will get my intrepid investigator of all things ///M in NZ onto it...

Hi Graham,

Just posting out of interest.

I was still living in NZ when the import laws were changed back in the 80s.
Used car market was changed overnight.

Always good to check out what's the state of play in the old country.
