E34 HID Clerification

Hello I'm sure everyone and their Uncle has asked this question but i cannot find a 100% answer. I have an E34 (9006 bulbs) i know that i can buy basically any HID kit to my liking for these bulbs and install it... heres the question i don't want to simply rig it the cheap way (this is an M5 not a civic) How do i "close the circut" and trick the computer into thinking the original low-beams are working? I clearly don't want it to say "Low-Beam Failure" Can anyone help me?

according to a post by farrel in this thread (HID kit....) most quality hid kits do not cause a low beam error. I've got a kit to install one of these days, so we'll see.

if you use the search feature, and put in hid kit or xenon kit you'll find a wealth of information.

The 10/95 540i M-Sport w/ H1 McCulloch HID kit threw up the Low Beam Failure and we did the old wiring "mod" to eliminate it.

The 1/91 M5 w/ same H1 McCulloch HID kit didn't throw up any Low Beam Failure, on the other hand.

I assume you've seen this...
