Exhaust options for M5T

What are my options here? I allready has a Eisenmann back box , but the rest of the exhaust needs to be updatet. Especially the muffler between the cats and the backbox will not survive the winter. The cats are probably fine but the connectors on both sides has been cracked and welded numerous times.

Would a couple of race cats from Summit do the trick ? As I think my car is loud enough I don`t want to remove the second muffler , but what can I use instead ?
The plan was to buy all muffler, cats and piping and get a friend of mine to weld it togheter..

Thanks

So no one has replaced exhaust with other than complete stock system ? ( yea I know about the guy using race cats and eisenmann , but that is too loud for me )

Hi!
The exhaust is the same as for the sedan, I believe some have used SuperSprint midsection together with the Eisenmann back box.
Otherwise the solution you describe should not be bad either, provided that flow and dimensions are correct.

Ok check out the supersprint thing then.. We tried without the middle muffler and it was WAY to loud for everyday use ...
Race cats , supersprint and Eisenmann .. stock dimensions . I`m not to keen on SS so maybe it would be thermal coated mildsteel .. I check with my welder..
