Unfortunately Joe (bro) has now sold that car to fund his ever growing fleet of e30 M3's.It will probably pop up on ebay before too long raced and rallied to *****,a real shame.I would have loved to have had it myself to make a matching pair but I have way too many toys at the min!
It was about 4 months newer than my M5 and almost the exact same spec, only difference being mine has elec rear headrests.

Thanks for the clip. I never knew that the dashboard was an issue on the e34.

I believe mine has been replaced during its service history, under warranty.

Hi Ralph, I agree with you about the dash lights going awol.........I've never seen any broken pixels on the E34's or heard any of the board boys moaning about them either.........I think the presenter is mixing up the E39 with the E34 cos they have been known to be unreliable. So frustrating when Journos dont know there stuff, you end up raging at the T.V.................

Agreed SS .....If you were to ge a potential M5 owner advice on what to look for , instrument cluster would be well down on the list .
I found it very amusing that the presenter was considering buying the car purely because the instrument cluster worked as it should !
