Goat meet anyone

Right as we the weather seems to be brightening up, seems like it could be a good time for a Goat meet.

So to that end I have created a poll of available dates in the next two months so that you can vote for the date that best suit your requirements.

I will leave the poll going for the next three weeks and then the winning date is the one.

Details will then follow about the location and arrangements for the day.

Dates not available are the first Sunday of every month and also Le Mans weekend (14th and 15th June)

Cheers

Simon

PS Mods I would appreciate if this could be left in this section to allow the most people to vote and then attend - Thanks

I'd look forward to trying to attend. Can't make the first three dates because they clash with powerboat events I'm committed to but both dates in July are possibles for me.

Me too Ralph .....I always look forward to these meets as it allows members to put faces to the names and allows you to really get to know people rather than an internet personna .......

Let's make this next meet as good as the last one that we had !

Now that sounds like a good idea Legacy preferably a bit nearer to the north so that maybe we may get some of the scots to come down a bit. A 500 mile round trip is a tad far for us so 800 round trip is far too far. Maybe talk to stevie as the birmingham meet went well but we definately need more room.

Wasn't Gavin/Gareth going to do a 'housewarming' in Brum?

Please don't as it's a hard day-jaunt now. Closer to Eurotunnel would be very nice though! It's an 800 mile round trip plus tunnel as is...

What in the heavens name is a Goat meet ?

Couldn't help myself. I've never heard of this before.

What is GOAT MEET ?

Is this a druid style sacrifice or just all the slow poke cars ?

Signed, an obviously uninformed antipodean colonial !
