Mixed feelings

Have decided to sell the M5, I'm sure someone will spot it before long so I thought I'd mention it now.

12 months to find / decide and 3 months to sell

A case of jumping before I was pushed means my daily commute has shrank from 40 miles a day on B roads to 12 miles through stop / start traffic through the Tyne Tunnel. Not good for the car and I'll end up getting annoyed because I can't use it like I want to....

If it sells it sells else it'll spend more time on the drive than I would like until I make my monthly trip to my Gran's!

Just thought I'd mention it in case someone asks on the forum if anyone knows anything about it.

Dont sell !
Invest in second cheap car !

I have mine for commuting....A Ford Ka (aka rollerskate)
It's the £200 car, not to buy
but £200 a year to run.

Shame if you do have to sell after all that time

Regards,

Alan.

I don't really need to sell and I still have my 2nd car.

Nissan Primera 1.6 Si

The problem I have is that apart from commuting and a couple of blasts to football / relatives I don't drive that often any more. I thought I would once I got the car but it's been that long I'm out of the habit.

Martin's found the car, not advertised for a lot more than I bought it with some leeway for bargaining and the fact I took a risk buying from ebay which as it turns out went rather well I think.

Chances are it'll be there for a while so I've still got time to change my mind.

Sad story! keep it, she is gorgeous!! I dont even have a commute to work and I find excuses to drive mine at least once a week or more, in fact in the first 8 months i clocked up 8k........of course its your decision but after gettin out of your daily driver and gettin into your m5 will bring a big grin to your face every single time
