3.8 Porsche Brake upgrade?

I've been offered a set of brembo 4 pot calipers from a 1996 993 Carrera 2.
Apparently they will fit lots of different cars, but does anyone know if the M5 is one of them?

Mine is a pre floating disc 3.8.

Any ideas who to contact for advice on this?

Thanks,
Bryn.

I spoke to a highly respected race development company, and the answer is no, apparently.

It would require major fabrication to get them on, which is just not worth it.

Oh well, it was a nice idea.
