Ring Time

Hi Guys

It's January, it's a new year, time to think about a country drive in the Eiffel mountains. I'm planning to go up May bank holiday leaving Friday night on May 2nd and coming back Monday the 5th. Should give two days and maybe a morning to tootle through the scenary and admire the view. Any one else interested in sampling the German countryside on a hopefully balmy May weekend?

I'm making preliminary enquiries at the Wilhelmshohe hotel in Auderath. It's about 15 minutes away from the ring.

Thanks for that. Unfortunately I can't make early April so I'll have to settle for May.

I indeed heard that the Ring was visited this period, but I understood the wheather was too bad. However, if its just raining and no frost, I'd like to take the E28 out some time .

After washing, cleaning, polishing and waxing my car for the last 3 days i don't think i'll ever let her see the Ring no more...she's gorgeous !

In fact i don't want to drive it at all and keep it in the garage for the next 10 years.

Hope this feeling wears off in spring

See you there

There was no frost but like I sad the track was very tricky, the back end of the car did going sideways in a some corners The problem with my car is the huge amount of troque by very low revs

Maybe we are going next sunday again

It's possible to drive a Lotus Carlton like a 4x4

And no, I did't spin on the Ring, this was after we drove some small roads!!!!
