strange buzzing sound? HELP!

When i turn the ignition off, i get a buzzing sound for bout 3 seconds. it sounds like it comes from directly behind the steering wheel, but in the dash, maybe under or around the fuse box in the bonnet. it sounds like some kind of motor thats jammed or burnt out? does anyone know what this could be?

What they are saying is it is normal. There are certain parts of the car that will automatically reset themselves when the car is shut off. You hear their motors working most likely. Does that make sense?

This is normal and nothing to worry about. Not exactly sure what it is, but am happy to ignore it.

Put it down to 'character'.

Remember that buzzing sound?

I have a buzzing sound coming from in front of the steering wheel, maybe under or around the fuse box in the bonnet. This happens most times i turn off the ignition. sounds like a burnt out motor, or a motor that is jammed. Was just walking the dog, and could hear the buzzing sound, so it is now doing it on its own. opening the car via cobra remote stopped it, i will check later to see if its doing it again. I´m not getting any engine performance toubles with this mysterious buzzing sound. Someone told me it could be a motor resetting itself, or wipers motor? put it down to character?. i want to know what it is and how to stop it cause its annoying. please help
