need an M mechanic

I have had some problems with my auto repair shop and am looking for a new one in the san francisco/ oakland area-any suggestions? And hopefully they are not charging $110 an hour.
Another thing, I noticed some small bubbling on the top of the rear spoiler?
Are there any paint/body shops you could recommend as well?
Thanks
