Greetings everyone,
I would first like to say that I am so happy to have found this resource. I belong to an almost identical site for our '88 190e. The folks have helped me tremendously. I'm sure that this will be equally as helpful. Now the problem... I just bought my first BMW and I'm sure not the last from a friend of mine. I love the car. It has gotten some TLC but still needs some more. Maybe a fresh coat of paint after I get all the bugs out of it. Anyway, when I bought it from him, he told me that on occasion, the clutch sticks on the floor and that if I just hooked my shoe under it and pulled it up, it would be fine. For a long time there was no problem at all but just recently, it has started to happen quite a bit. I was wondering if this sounds familiar to anyone and if the fix is a rebuild of the master or clutch slave cylinder? It really does'nt feel like the insides of the clutch itself. Unfortunately, I don't have a garage

so I have a difficult time checking under the car for leaks. I wondered if this sounds obvious to anyone and if you would give me any opinions. Thanks in advance for all the help.
