I'm just happy that any reliability issues are being addressed before I give it the beans! It's all custom work being done. It tends to take a little longer.

Had a text from the engineering firm. The adaptors will cost £25 for steel or £30 for aluminium. I have gone for ally. Should be ready for next Monday afternoon!

Update since above post......

I have found Hartge Design E spigot rings (!) with a 74mm bore that will work with the alloy spigot rings I bought a few months ago....Also have the correct Hartge 7mm spacer for the front wheels to turn them from 20mm offset to 13mm. They also work with my alloy spigot rings I bought....

That's a plan "B" sorted! And relax

Knock on effects...................

As I will be running 19" wheels now I have had to address the ride height issue. I made detail measurements yesterday & took into account a full aux tank with two people in the rear.

I'm going for Hartge spec e28 M5 spring rates with custom lengths. Ordered the following from www.dfaulknersprings.com

Should have them in 10 to 14 days.

Top mounts?

I don't know, D - Shaun seems like the type of enthusiast who'll always have another project waiting in the wings.....

But if not, then enjoying driving this one - rather than working on it - should provide plenty of entertainment for awhile!
