M88 valve clearance spec

Is the spec for the M88 motors the same as for the S38 motors, mainly 0.28-0.33mm or is it something else. I am going to check the clearances on my 85 M5 and need to know. The search function has not helped.

I know that the shims and tool are different from the S38 motors.
