How to remove this scratch?

Car is E60 M5 Black Sapphire.

I think the scratch came from the painter tape (blue) slapping on the car at high speed. During HPDE, I covered a portion of the hood with blue painter tape to protect from flying debris, but portion of the tape tore off at 140mph so the remaining parts were flapping. OR the tape might have caught dirt...not sure.

I tried Zaino Z2 and Z5 polisher and it does not go away.

Any suggestion?

Try some 3M rubbing compound followed by Meguiars ScratchX or one of your polishes. Then give it a good wax. But if you can "feel" the scratches you may need professional help.

Best be done with wet-sanding. It doesn't look bad, so I start with 2000grit then 2500grit. But you need a DA Polisher because using your hand is merely impossible to remove wet-sanding.
