I'm wondering if anyone has used this company and if so what was your experience...

Thanks,

Also if anyone has a good recommendation for a detailer in the SF Bay Area that would be great as well.

Thanks,
Ed

In my opinion, his prices are way too low to operate a profitable business legally with proper insurance (BTW, I own a detail shop in NY for 15 years). Where he's located, his operating costs are close to mine and there's no way a business can fiscally survive on that low an hourly labor rate. So either they do great work and will go out of business for financial reasons or will be forced to cut corners.

This is just my observation as a business owner. I do not have any first hand experience with them. Where exactly are you located?

Matt

I'm in the San Francisco Bay Area. My office is in Menlo Park, CA (not too far from Stanford) and I live across the Bay in San Ramon, CA (near Danville -- hometown of "Sully" -- the US Air Pilot). If anyone has any good recommendations, please let me know...

Thanks.

I used them once 2 years ago to remove some swirl marks. They came to my work (mobile service) and had the exterior done for $175 for about 5 hours of work. They used Klasse products and workmanship was average. I guess I got what I expected based on what I paid for. There are better places out there but will cost more. Hope this helps.
