The time has finally come that I'm saying goodbye to this beast. If I wasn't having serious problems with my left ankle, I wouldn't even dream of it. I have spared no expense on this M5 and it has always been my intention to keep it forever. If you're looking for a near perfect E39 with everything you could possibly want, you've found it. 153k miles. Asking $19500

Tuned at Bullet Performance. Dyno'd at 540 RWHP. Slight fuel issues on the dyno was causing a drop in power at the top end. I've have since added 440cc green top injectors and a high volume fuel pump.

I'm probably forgetting some things, but I'll add them in as they come to mind. There are NO maintenance issues with this car. I've spent at least $40k on this thing in the last few years and it shows. Some of you may have seen the car at Bimmerfest and can testify to how awesome it is.

The gauge pod is attached to the dash. It could be removed, but there would be a small hole there. It is almost imperceptible. The gauge pod was necessary because there was really no space anywhere else for those gauges and I wanted them in a high visibility area given the potential for leaning out if anything goes wrong. It's pretty badass looking in person. Get's a lot of compliments at shows.

Dropping the price to $25k for M5Board members only. Crazy stupid deal!

I may be biased, but I have to agree. That is a TON of car for the money!!

GLWS.

Beautiful car! Exterior and performance mod wise, this is what I aspire to get my car to one day. Not trying to derail the thread here, but I don't have the ability to PM yet. Would you mind sharing exactly what products you have installed for the headlights? Those look amazing and I would love to mod the set I'm about to install just the same. I see you listed Umnitza predator angel eyes, but they have multiple offerings of those, so I'm not sure which to buy. Also, anything other than the angel eyes changed/added? My apologies for this comment not being directly about the sale of the car. GLWS!!

Thanks guys. It is a bummer to see her go, but such is life.

The car is running the stock ESS pulley setup, 6lbs.

The cutouts are sitting next to the transmission. You can see them in the underbody photos I posted.

I don't recall which Umnitza product the angel eyes are, but I just replaced some stuff not long ago. Here is the info from the order email:

Umnitza ICE VXX (N) BMW LED Upgrade Angel Eyes (WL)

Surprisingly enough, she's still for sale. $25k

$23k takes it. Gotta get this thing gone. It's too painful to see her sitting in my garage every day.

The ecu has been reprogrammed. No codes. It will pass the plug in test, but if they're looking it will not pass visual inspection. No "sniffer" test on these cars so you don't have to worry about that. You'll need to find a friendly smog guy for the visual part which shouldn't be too hard if you're a gear head.

Can anyone tell me how to edit my original post? I want to change the asking price, but I don't see an edit option? Thanks!

I think you need a mod to do it for you.

If I had the garage space, I would be all over this. A lot of work to sort this car, GLWS.

BaT with a reserve?

Jerry

Dead reliable. Mechanically, you are adding a pulley and a belt to the crank to run the supercharger. The key is to get a good tune.

Mine was done in my driveway over a weekend with my more mechanically inclined buddy. I had one of the very first kits produced by ESS (anyone remember what year that was??). Probably have something like 35-40k miles on the SC.

If you drive a well set up car you will think IF ONLY it had come from the factory like this!! Same power levels as the F10.

Regards,
Jerry
