For sale is my 1944 M4A3E8 Sherman tank. This tank is is extremely rare and gets a lot of looks. I purchased the tank in 2009 and have used it as my winter vehicle so the M5 doesn't have to see snow. I must express that this tank is downright exceptional in the winter months and does not even require winter tires. Major plus!!! This version of the tank has the M1A1 76mm cannon though, unfortunately for safety reasons, is no longer functional. Reason for selling is that I simply cannot afford the slightly below average fuel consumption which equates to around 0.7 mpg. 0-60 pulls are not possible so do not attempt to stop light drag race.
I'm sorry, but I'm dying laughing right now! I thought I read the title right. . It's actually street legal? How many times have nervous suburban moms called the cops on you?
My concern, is do you have the carfax? Just kidding. Awesome tank, though! Bump For an awesome vehicle.
Do you by any chance have a copy of the original window sticker? I was wondering about the options - whether this has heated seats and the soft-close turret.
Unfortunately not :sad1:. I certainly wouldn't be selling a Sherman if I were fortunate enough to own one haha. I'd be totally up for a Fury remake, though finding a functional Tiger I will be hard. Any insight on this guys? Fury was great btw!!!
Looks awfully familiar to the German countryside in Fury
I certainly hope it is a serious post; it inspired me to spend all afternoon detailing my F-16 and taking comprehensive photos in preparation for a sale posting of my own.
Wow an F-16! I've had a pristine SU-30 myself in my private 3 mile driveway but I'm not looking to sell. Anyway OP, GLWS, I don't have enough WoT credits yet but when I do I'll look into a PPI.
All we have to do is get everyone on the forum chip in, buy a Sherman, rebuild Fury, and storm the Bovington Tank Museum and demand that they hand over Tiger 131. That's my opinion on this; Brad Pitt did it so why can't we??
I am VERY interested in your tank. Please write me at caligula@pbth.com . . . One bad thing . . . the gun not working, that would have to be repaired. A non-functional gun on a tank is like a non-functional dick on man, it somehow leaves something out of the equation that's just NEEDED.
