The car is full option except M active seat for 2006.

It does have full leather. Headsup display, rear sunshade, comfort access, rear side airbag, split folding seat, and full leather.

Carfax is available here from weatherford BMW (as I am about to sell them the car and they had run the car fax already)

Since they offer a trade in value in low $30k range. I would prefer see the car go to board member. Hence I am holding on to it for one more week see if i can find a good home.

CARFAX Vehicle History Report on WBSNB93506B581257

I never took out the car in rain (except during first day driving back from Oregon to CA). This car is rarely driven.

I am looking to get into a E60 real soon. I wanted to wait until I sell my S2000, but if you are willing to sell around the trade-in value, I may be willing to jump into one sooner than expected. My brother is in San Jose, he usually checks out cars for me out there. Ill see how available he is. Heated rear seats? Ive got to keep the kids extra warm in those winter months.

I am already selling at trade-in value (Actually below) KBB.

Its just about $2k higher than Manheim auction price (with a lot more miles than my car)
