2001 Silverstone perfectly maintained M5

Hello,
Due to family needs I need to sell my M5.

2001 Silverstone metallic with black interior, titanium trim, 116xxx miles. Car was never driven in MN winter.
I'm 4th owner.
Car drives absolutely beautiful, there are no funny noises, no vibrations, everything works.

Factory options:

Fold down rear seats.
Sports interior.
Front and rear PDC.
Power sunshade.
Voice control module.

Car is pretty much stock with very few nice upgrades:

Schmiedmann shadow chrome grilles.
MKIV DVD Nav with latest firmware and newest 2011 OEM DVD maps (not copies).
E60 545 shifter.
BSW Speakers.
Koni Sport adjustable shocks.
Dinan rear sway bar.
Skeen design front license plate holder (no holes).

Here is the list of documented service history last 1200 miles:

Rod bearings, timing chain guides.
New OEM flywheel, clutch, RMS, engine mounts, guibo. (clutch was replaced because PO installed UUC lightened flywheel and I didn't like the noise)
X5 thrust arm bushings, Koni yellow adjustable struts, bump stops, shock mounts, strut bearing seats with bearings.
Thermostat, all belts.
New power steering reservoir, all hoses, full fluid flush.
New MAF sensors, O2 sensors, cabin filters, air filters, spark plugs.
OEM Transmission fluid.
Fuel filter.
New General UHP tires.
New battery.
Latest nav software, 2011 OEM DVD maps.
Oil change at 115k with 10W60.
Car always properly detailed, always garage kept.

The only flaw - there is 2 inches long crack in the middle of rear bumper, estimated $350 to repair it.

asking 18K.
if you buy the car for asking price I will include extra set of 4 OEM rims which are straight and true but need refinishing, one front wheel comes with rubber - a perfect spare.

This should sell fast...all that maintenance done in the last 1200 miles? Wow...this is the first one for sale that I've seen with the rod bearings changed.

Probably one of the few examples with that mileage and trouble areas taken care of--clean enough you can just buy it and drive...and not have to worry about immediate work that needs to be done.

Bumping this back to the top! Good luck.

Were all the repair and maintenance performed at a BMW dealer or Independent?

PM sent.

All repairs were done by Independent, Orr Autosport. Gen module was recoded, now all doors unlock with a single click on the key and no beeps, just lights flash.

Like that gas filler area. Who gets credit for that?

I spend about 2 weeks detailing the car after I bought it ... clay bar on every painted surface, removed swirl marks, cleaned and conditioned leather and even removed tail lights to clean up behind them.
