E46 Imola Red M3 Convertible

Hi everyone, For Sale is my wifes 2004 BMW M3 convertible.

Imola red, grey leather interior, ALL options - Bluetooth, Navigation, 19" wheels, SMG, IPOD connect, heated seats, premium sound.

Excelent condition. Newer tires, brakes. All maintainance up to date. Car was a CPO/Extended maintaince package car from BMW till 2010 so everything was done on schedule @ BMW. new slloted and drilled rotors. Spacers upfront. Black grill.

Car also has a 4 year/100K NAC bumper to bumper warranty valid to June 2015 (not included in the price, but can be transfered to the new owner below cost).

Miles - 44K

We are relocating to India and cant take the car with us :-(

In full disclosure - I am looking for $24.5K without the warranty. Just FYI, KBB is 27.5, NADA retail is 26.5K and edmunds (does not allow for all options to be selected) is 22.5K. This is the best priced car for its year, miles, condition and options across autotrader, ebay and craigslist.

Yes

I bought the warranty from Bruce on this forum -he may be able to chime in with more information. My understanding is that the warranty covers the SMG since its not a manual clutch (i.e. there is no clutch pedal). In any case the SMG is not called out as a excluded part and all parts not excluded are covered. So, yes, it is covered.
