MY95 E36 M3 Track/Street Car

As Much as it pains me but I must part with my E36 M3 which was my track car.
Here are the specifics:
I purchased the car from Westchester BMW in June of 1995 and have been the sole owner. It was converted to track use 3 years ago but can be converted back as I retained everything.

Standard Options: Cosmos Black Car; Black Leather Int.
Black Vaders Heated.(non-power)
The Rest is Standard As I am Sure You All
Know The Specs. of the Car.

Mileage: 122k....less than 1k since the Engine Work/Upgrades.

Engine/Exhaust Upgrades: This Car Has All Turner Motorsport Upgrades:

1: Turner Stage 3 Engine Upgrade: Go to Web-site for Specifics
2: Super Tech HP Valve Spring/Seat/Retainer Set
3: VANOS from Dr. Vanos....(was not making noise but figured while I'm there)
4: Track Pipe SS from Turner & a Tri-Flow Oval Tip Exhaust.

Suspension/Brakes/Wheels:
1: Brembo BBK GT: 4 piston Black Calipers Cross drilled Rotors F/R.
2: Bilstein PSS9 Coil-Over Suspension.
3: Dinan Front Strut Brace
4: 4 BBS RGR Wheels 18x8.5 AND 4 OZ Racing F1 Cup Wheels 18x8
The BBS Have Pirelli P-Zero Rossos, I would change them.
The OZ Have Kumho Track Tires that Have some life left.

Body/Paint:
On a Scale of 10 she is def. an 8.5/10. There are no dings or dents. Slight spider web on lower rear valence on right side...and it is small.
I have a rear DTM Wing w/removable blocks painted Matte Black (PPG) w/the Motorsport Stripes.
The rear has been removed to make way for an Autopower Bolt in Roll Cage.
I have ALL interior parts if you choose to put the car back to stock.
I also have ALL exhaust parts if you choose to put the car back to stock.
The car has been serviced religiously at B&A Motorsports in Mamaroneck NY.
He has files of documents.
If anyone has any questions please ask. I will post up pictures later today when I take them.
I am asking $12k w/everything included.
Thanks for looking.
S
