Hello Everyone

I hate to do this but I am putting the car up for sale. Its been a great 3 years with this car. As a car enthusiast, I must say that this is one of my best cars I have driven and modded. Although my original plans for this car was to keep it as classy and well modded, I believe I was able to do what I wanted with this car and its time to move on.

The car is a 2006 E60 M5 Interlagos Blue with SMG. All options are included in this car. The car is driven extremely careful as it was a show car for the past few years. There is only 20k miles on the car.

I have listed below all of the modifications added to this car. I will aploigize in advance that I do not have enough pictures as I plan to take more this weekend for you folks.

Exterior
Lumma front spoiler molded
Lumma side skirts
Lumma rear spoiler molded

Custom Alcantara Front and Rear Silver 2-tone Door panels w/double diamond stitching
10-piece silver carbon fiber dash trim set

There was previously a full Dynaudio and Zappco System in the car which I took out and its now back to stock. If any of you want the system (which I've spent well over $12k) this will cost extra and will include all Fiberglass panels and all audio equipment.

Sound System (Not include in price)
Dynaudio 342 3-way front speakers
Dynaudio 242GT 2-way rear speakers
Dynaudio MW19 12' subwoofer (3qt)
Zapco DC reference 350.2 (2qt)
Zapco DC reference 300.2 (3qt)
JL audio 441-DSP clean sweep
JL audio SS1 clean sweep
Savv 6-disc DVD changer
Accel LCD11 10' monitor (2)
All fiberglass panels for trunk sides, subwoofer mounts, trunk lid and trunk floor will be included with the Sound system

I'm sure most all of you want me to part out the car, but if you can understand that I have put a lot of work, time, and Money into this project, it would be tough for me to part out. I would like to sell this car as one and perhaps have someone enjoy it the way it is. The only thing that I will part out is my Brembo's. I am asking $65k for the car will all the mods (Except the Sound System and BBK). Price is firm and I think its an attractive price considering all the upgrades.

Please feel free to PM me should you have any questions. I will NOT consider parting out unless I have to, haha.

Thanks everyone and happy holidays. I will take more pictures of the interior and exterior this weekend.

The sound system with Dynaudio and Zapco should be spectacular. I would do the same if I could figure out the connections from the OEM wiring harness at the amplifier (a couple of multi-pin plugs).

Rick,

You are correct, its music to my ear with this set up. It iss amazing how the DC reference performs in conjunction with the Dyn's. The wire part was extremely difficult and cost a lot of money especially with the amount of wires used to power this system. If my wallet allowed to to set up a notch i would of gotten the Competition Series Zapco Amps to power the dyns. The dyn's subs were perfect IMO. Even with 3 12' subs the quality was perfect free air. These subs are tuned more towards songs with less bass. These arent your hard pounding subs like JL W6 models. Very clean with little to no distortion. This was the first time i used dyn for car audio. All my previous cars I had used Diamond components or Morel with JL amps. The dyns are so good i decided to buy Dynaudio for my 7.2 Home system as well. Boy these are some great speakers.

FYI I still have all the components and amps for the car in the box. They are hardly used and basically brand new. If your interested in the equipment, let me know. I will give you a package deal at a Huge discount.

Sorry for the missing pictures. I took my interior pictures a few weeks ago but I havent DL them onto my computer yet. I have been extremely busy with work and a new Real Estate Development. The car just basically sits in my garage now a days. I havent been driving the car due to the weather in LA. I will try to post up the pictures ASAP. I know most of you want to see the pictures so I will do so soon.

I still would still like to sell the car so I am slashing the price to $55k for a fully Modded M5. If your a serious buyer please PM and I am sure we can make some sort of deal. I am flexable on pricing but I will NO entertain any low ball offers. Thanks.

For those of you who are not familiar with Zapco, it is a car version of home "audiophile" equipment (some say like Mark Levinson home equipment). I have the Zapco separate amps/parametric equalizer/preamp installed in an older BMW (25 year old 745i) and if there were an easy way to install them in the M5, I would do that. For car speakers, I don't know that the Dynaudio can be beat, but they just don't conveniently replace the OEM installed speakers.
