All German Auto is offering the original E39 Dinan S3 M5 for sale.

This car was originally owned by Steve Dinan personally, until it was turned over to All German Auto in 2006. Before this M5 was converted to the S3 level, it was a fully equipped S2 with all the normally included amenities; including optional Dinan lightweight wheels, JRZ suspension, Dinan big brake kit, Dinan oil cooler kit, and Dinan monoballs. How the car sits presently, there is over $85,000 of upgrades on this M5.

This 2000 M5 currently has 39,100 miles. Non-Dinan upgrades include; updated angel eye headlights, and widescreen navigation. This M5 is in pristine condition, all original paint, with no damage ever in its history.

For those not familiar with the S3 package, click on the link below:

Asking price $67500, call 760-803-2052 with additional questions, or call todd@allgermanauto.com with additional questions.

Great article! I was hoping for some stats like 1/4 mile time or best time around "The Ring"! Any ideas?

'Doubt an S3 has ever seen "The Ring"; 'believe these cars are all in North America. But, here's the last documented 1/4 mile. Cars' clutch was shot. When they run again, 'suspect this is an 11.5x performer.

e39 M5 runs 11.7 at 1/4
