Targa 2009

Have any of you guys raced at Targa in Newfoundland before?

I ask because my old man and I are entering his 2005 Mini Cooper Works this year. We are going to share the driving and navigation duties. I couldn't be more excited as well as nervious to participate.

Since this is our first time ever doing something like this I just thought I would ask those who have done it before what your experience was like?

We have also entered a Performance School at Mosport for Fathers Day weekend. This school is to teach us how to communicate to each other on the course, learn about navigation as well as how to push the car safely around the course.

Thanks in advance for any advise and or comments you may have.

Thanks!

What an incredible thing to do with your Father! Wish I had the chance to do the same (he passed away some time ago.)

Really glad you posted.
