Does any one know how to upgrade a navigation cuz its telling me to shup down and restart the system?

BMW M5 Knocking sound

Hello everybody

I have an 07 M5, when i turn to the right there is a knocking sound, it happens on a hard lock, anybody have any ideas

Very annoying!!!!!!

I recently purchase an m5 but I can't seem to do the launch control would anyone be able to help me out? I've seen a couple of videos on YouTube but can't seem to get it are there specific step on doing it?
