E36 M3 turbo projict

HI ... friend I'm new in this and I have keep watching all the bimmer gays what thy do for there cars and I love it ......
Now I have plan to do the turbo Project ....
I like to have
I want advice and guidance to start from all experience for this project ...
I like to start from the best pistons and rods the to the turbo flange and air box to the ECU and installations
...
