Post Obtaining service history (FL, USA)?

i read a thread and can not find it. tried the search function.

somebody had the stealer tell them that they could not give them the service history of the car and another member (a BMW master mech, i think)pulled them out.

well i had one dealer give me their service reports and the other dealer says they can't, because it is illegal; whatever.

so i need help. if you can pull the whole service history of my car i will appreciated. i'll PM the last 7 of vin to the person with acces.

thanks
