I was impressed by the positive feedback given by this community along with the plug and play features of AngeliBright's products. I placed my order on Sunday evening, April 22nd and paid for my order along with Priority shipping (2 - 3 days) immediately through PayPal. No shipping confirmation - or tracking info was received by Wednesday April 25th so I decide to call and see what's - what... Called and a person picks up and I say I would like to check on my order. The person took my name and said they would send me an e-mail regarding the status. I waited an hour - No e-mail. I sent the following e-mail:

Hi,

I called earlier and requested an update on this order. I was told to wait for an e-mail response and nothing has arrived as of yet.

Please update me on the status.

Thank you.

I received this response (remember it's still Wednesday):

Sorry ****,

I totally got sidetracked when I got back to my desk. There was a slight delay on the blue iBrights, as they are usually in stock, but we were waiting for a shipment. Your order will go out tomorrow, expect it 2 days after.

Delivered on Saturday perhaps - I asked?

No response - no lights.

I call today and get this voice system that asks you to "speak your name" and then you'll get connected (both on the sales option and customer service option) - Nice way to screen out people you don't want to talk to... Of course I went to voice mail.

I sure hope when I finally get these that I have no problems with them - I could just imagine the return process.

I apologize for the delay in shipping, there was a delay in the blue iBrights(we always have white in stock, usually limited blue), but its our fault, and it should never have happened. They left the warehouse to you on Friday.

As far as the phone today, we unfortuantely did not have anyone answering the phone earlier today. But we always return voicemails.

Again I apologize, we strive to have the best customer service possible.
