Experiences with Samsung SCH-a990?

I am looking into upgrading from my RAZR to another phone of similar size and form factor, but with a significantly better camera. Samsung has a SCH-a990 model with the features I want, however, Verizon has a record of limiting the functionality of it's phones. I cannot find anything anywhere in regards to exerience with bluetooth pairing of the a990 and the M5. Anyone have any experience or thoughts?

TERRIBLE. Almost a complete bust when I tried the A990 (not sure if anything's changed since June). Didn't sync up, address book didn't work, etc.
