What do you guys think I should ask for my car?

I have a guy in my town that is asking to buy my car. He wants it with all the mods minus the suspension and wheels. I have the factory wheels with new PS1's and the factory suspension so its no big deal. I am supposed to give him a price by tomorrow. My car has 70K miles in immaculate shape inside and out, and all the maintenance is up to date including an inspection 2.

I'd like you guys to throw out some fair prices?

I would think you could easily get $36-38k with all those goodies.
People always say you cant get the extra $$ for mods but I know I would pay the extra if i was in the market. I suppose you narrow down your prospective buyers, but if you already have a guy then your all good.

I was thinking that $38K is about as low as I would go.
