Jeremy Clarkson owns an M5!

According to Wikipedia.org:

"Clarkson owns various cars including Ford's latest supercar, the Ford GT, a Mercedes-Benz SL-Class Mercedes SL55 AMG, a Volvo XC90, Ford Focus and a BMW M5"

I wonder whether it's a E39 or E60?

He must have one of the highest paying road test jobs.

Given how much he loves the E60 M5 with the M button depressed, I would venture to say he's got an E60 M5.

Thought he dumped the Ford because of on-going gremlins including one related to the alarm.

I think Jamie is right.

He had an SL55, which I think he sold to get the Ford GT. He was quite unhappy with the GT so I'd suspect he replaced it with the M5.

Last I heard, he gave Ford another chance and still has it.
Great car but it cracks me up to hear him talk about it...

Top Gear!

I remember the show on the M6. The guys where sitting around a table afterwards (downing some adult berverages if I remember correctly) talking about the cars (Porsche, M6 and AMV8). JC said he prefered the M5.

He is quite funny but it seems that he can be a real "wanker" sometimes. He always gets the best roadtests over James May and Richard Hammond.
