Keep or delete trunk spoiler ?

Seems like most M5 in Europe don't have the rear spoiler on the trunk......

I have kept the spoiler in my order....what do you think........(Black sapphire)

If you value performance over styling, keep it. It is highly functional, and significantly increases rear downforce at high speeds.

Agree. You should definitely keep your spoiler. Not only is it functional, it differentiates the M5 from the regular 5 Series car.

Felt like you initially and thought spoiler ruined the lines of the car and was cheesy then i read somewhere that it was part of the speed limiter removal option in Germany; i.e. you had to have the spoiler and some additional training prior to the factory removing the limiter so maybe it is functional and in that case then i would say keep it.

Speaking of deleting the spoiler, is it difficult to remove?

Is the spoiler stuck on like the badges?

It's tastefully understated. Another vote here to keep it.

Keep it, makes the car look tougher and seperates it from 5 series

Thanks everyone...I am keeping it. And you are correct on both the Performance and styling....

My car will be one of the first 07.... I think the build is end of August...so...I am thinking that the car will come in early October......

Having said that my sales person mentioned something about an end of July build???I I usaually know more than he does.....so I am not counting on that...I don't think they have allocations yet.....

Again, my guess is first part of October.....I will keep you guys updated....
