Supersprint header for the Z8

Z8 owners:
We are now preparing to do a production run of headers and full exhaust with metallic cats. for the Z8. We realize this would be a limited quantity, however we feel that the owners of these vehicles would be interested. The headers are of the same modular design as the e39 M5. This means that the primary tubes would be installed to the heads separately, and then those would be fitted with a sealed floating collector section. The system is quite unique. Installation would be far easier than any one piece construction, and there are no clearance issues. The headers will accept the factory down stream cats. or you may opt. for the high flow metallic race cats. You then have the option of either a right & left resonator, or connecting pipes, followed by a left & right muffler with single 90mm tail tipes. Perfromance gaines would be similar to the E39 V8. For maximum perfromance you would purchase the entire system, however the cat. back system will offer a nice improvement.

Here is an image of the headers assembled with the connecting pipes to be used with the OEM catalysts. When installed the entire Supersprint sport exhaust system you will achieve gains of ~30hp and ~26tq. This really wakes up the Z8, especially in the upper end of the RPM range!
