Any good racing events on the east coast????

I was wondering if you guys who live on the east coast (or not) could recommend any good car races to go see. I live in Ct about 30 minutes from New York city.

Watkins Glen is a great racetrack to see a race. Check the schedule at:

They are racing the Indies there in June. It's a bit far from CT though (about 4-5 hours)

Closer is Lime Rock (1-2 hours):

Limerock has the Le Mans & Rolex GT series which are quite good.

There is always the Montreal Formula 1 GP.

This is about 6 hours away. Tough to get tickets to. But definitely a worthwhile trip.

i drive 6 hours to see Motocross races in PA/WV so those races are dooable, A good reason for a nice road trip.

Memorial Weekend @ Limerock Park........they have the American LeMans Series races.......always fun.............Also Labor Day Weekend are the Rolex Vintage Races also a Great Event

At the Glen you can see the Grand Am series, IRL, NASCAR.
Its one of my favorites to go to, and I'm on the west coast.

ALMS at Lime Rock is def a good time...I went last year (July 4th).

I would love to see F1 in Montreal...
