Wanted - Drivers Seat for B10 Biturbo - The Unofficial BMW M5 Messageboard (m5board.com)

Hello,

Does anybody have a relatively pristine drivers seat (that is left hand side) in cloth (anthracite) with the Alpina stitching & heated & electrics, suitable for an E34 B10 Biturbo (I guess that the E34 B10 has the same seat too) that they no longer need? If so, I would love to hear from you.

Mine is functionally fine, except that some of the material is showing wear.

Hi Neil

Have you tried contacting Alpina regarding getting a replacment cloth. B8 Guru is getting some stiching by Alpina done on his armrest (From Montana leather to seat matching Buffalo). I know replacement hides and cloth is available for BMW seats, and it wouldn't supprise me if Alpina was the same.

Thanks for that. I have already had a quote from an upholsterer to replace certain sections of the cloth, but the quote is relatively high IMO. I have also approached Hammer (a local Alpina dealer) and - as you can imagine - the cost of a replacement seat is prohibitive to say the least - hence my post, you never know, someone might have one collecting dust in their garage.

I am due to speak to B8 Guru on the phone (I have been meaning to speak to him for ages, but just haven't got around to it, so I will mention this too).
