That looked close, especially since the 'vette had a half car length head start. What was the result?

Nice, Thanx 4 sharing!!

it seemed like a close one, but i would never take a vette from a roll with 4125Ib on my back, plus the vette was an auto, very easy to launch

I had my technician download and enhance the video, he says that the M5 won by a car length.

I will try to post it later.

unless you know what was done to the c6, the video has no informational merit... that c6 could have been 400 or 1000 hp...

The beginning of the video says that the vette had an intake and exhaust.

Re: Video race between new M5 & modified new Corvette C6 in UAE

ah, so it helps to watch it i guess

with cold air and catback the auto vette is making around 350rwhp... that with its 3200 pounds of weight and more torque down low (albeit somebody spun off a lot at take off and i am thinking it was the vette) should made things interesting from a dig..

however, the video does not show what happened really..
